How it works

Tracking first. Spend second.

Most agencies switch on ads in week one because it looks like progress. Without conversion tracking, that spend teaches the algorithm nothing. We do it in the right order.

  1. Week 1

    Audit & benchmark

We pull your existing ad accounts, call logs and quote history to establish a real baseline: what a lead costs you today, and what share of leads turn into booked jobs.

  2. Week 1–2

    Build the tracking spine

Call tracking, server-side conversions and lead-stage feedback go in before a dollar of spend. Without this, everything after it is guesswork.

  3. Week 2–5

    Launch & learn

Search and Meta campaigns go live with conversion pages per service line. The first three weeks are deliberately a learning budget — we buy data, then we buy jobs.

  4. Ongoing

    Scale what pays

Once cost per booked job is stable and profitable, we increase spend on the campaigns clearing your target and cut the rest. Reviewed every month, in plain English.

Who does what

Your side of the deal

This only works if you hold up two things: answer the phone quickly, and tell us honestly which leads were rubbish.

WhenYouUs
Week 1One 60-minute onboarding call. Ad account and analytics access. Your last 20 quotes with won/lost outcomes.Full account audit, baseline cost-per-lead and close-rate benchmark, competitor ad teardown.
Week 2Approve the campaign plan and the offer. Send us job photos and any video from site.Call tracking live, server-side conversions live, first conversion pages built.
Weeks 3–5Answer the phone fast and tell us which leads were junk. That feedback trains the whole system.Campaigns live, daily monitoring, negative keyword sweeps, first creative tests.
Week 6 onwardOne 30-minute call a month. That's the whole time commitment.Scale profitable campaigns, kill the rest, monthly report on four numbers.

The honest bit

When we'll tell you not to hire us

  • You can't answer the phone

If enquiries sit unanswered for a day, paid ads will just cost you money faster. Fix the intake first — we'll tell you how, free.

  • Your average job is under $5k

The maths gets tight. At that job value you're usually better off with referrals, Google Business Profile and local SEO.

  • You have no capacity

There is no point filling a pipeline you can't build. Come back when you've got a crew ready or a start date to fill.

What does it cost?
A fixed monthly management fee plus your ad spend, which you pay to Google and Meta directly. Most demolition and renovation contractors we work with start at $2,500–$4,000 per month in media. We quote the management fee on the strategy call once we have seen your account and your average job value — no packages, no surprise percentages.
How quickly will I see leads?
Enquiries usually start within the first week of launch. Booked jobs are the number that matters, and those typically land in weeks 2–4. The first three weeks are a deliberate learning phase where we are buying data as much as leads, so judge us on month three, not week one.
Do I own the ad accounts?
Yes, always. We build inside your Google Ads, Meta Business and Google Analytics accounts. If we part ways you keep the accounts, the conversion history, the creative and the landing pages. No hostage data.
Am I locked into a contract?
There is a 90-day initial term because tracking and campaign learning genuinely take that long to be worth judging. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.
Why only demolition and renovation?
Because the buying behaviour, the objections and the search terms are specific, and we already know them. We do not take on painters, electricians or plumbers — different job values, different sales cycles, and we would be learning on your budget.
Do you work outside Sydney?
We are Sydney-based and most clients are in Greater Sydney and NSW. We will take on contractors interstate where the service area is clearly defined, but we will tell you honestly if we do not know your local market well enough.
What if my website is bad?
Then we do not send paid traffic to it. Conversion pages are part of the build in the first fortnight — fast, single-purpose pages for each service line that sit alongside your existing site. You do not need a full website rebuild first.
Can I keep my current agency?
Not for the same channels. Two parties bidding in the same ad account causes real damage. If you have a separate SEO or content provider, that is fine and we will share data with them.

Next step

Find out what a booked job actually costs you.

A 20-minute call. We look at your ad account and your quote numbers, then tell you whether we can beat them. If we can't, we'll say so.
